By accessing or using AppLexica, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the AppLexica platform
• Generate documentation from your code repositories
• Use the generated documentation for your business purposes

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the service for any illegal purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your source code and content. The documentation generated by AppLexica belongs to you. AppLexica retains all rights to its platform, technology, and proprietary algorithms.

Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

AppLexica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
